Personal guidance is the most powerful and traditional way forward with yoga practice. I keep a times each week available for those who want a strong and sure start, or have got a bit lost and need direction in their practice.
The main reasons people book private sessions with me is because they want to deepen their practice of meditation and yoga, closely followed by wanting tailored advice for posture or because of health conditions, being uncertain about joining a class right away, or because of a desire to master a certain posture or aspect of yoga.
